This policy explains what AI Employee Solutions collects through this website, why, and who handles it. We've written it to follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers and doesn't set cookies.
You're talking to an AI assistant answering for a fictional business. Nobody will call you back, and it can't help in a real emergency. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
Your voice is processed live to run the conversation. Demo calls are set not to keep recordings or transcripts, only the basic call details above. Please don't give your real address or other private details, because the demo doesn't need them.
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to talk with you about early access. We use demo call details to run the demo and limit misuse. We don't sell your information.
We use these providers, so your information may be handled outside Australia:
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them by law. Backups containing deleted details are overwritten over about 30 days.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through the enquiry form, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you don't want to give your name, we may not be able to help with an enquiry, but you can still use the demo without one.
If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, tell us through the enquiry form first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992.
This policy covers this website and our public demos. When a business uses one of our AI employees on its own phone line, we'll agree with that business how callers' details are handled before it goes live, and we'll update this policy.
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
